  • If I receive your package back as 'delivery refused', 'undelivered' or 'return to sender', you are responsible to cover any P&P costs to resend the item out to you.

  • Alternatively we can arrange for a refund of the product cost alone on receipt of the returned package.

Glassfollies is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Glassfollies may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Name and payment details

  • Contact information including email address

  • Demographic information such as postcode

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To process your order and obtain payment

  • Internal record keeping

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services



I want everyone to be a happy customer, so I aim to be as clear and simple as possible with our returns policy.

1. CONTACT me via email to within 14 days, counting from the day you received the package

2. POST the item back to me using a tracked or signed for service within 30 days, counting from the day you received the package. The item must be received by me within the 30 days.

3. REFUND will be arranged once the item has been received and inspected (see notes below).

  • Returning Products:

    • Please post the item back in the original condition/packaging.

    • The returned item must be in the same condition as it was sent out, unused, intact and clean.

    • Any items received that have been used/damaged will not be refunded/exchanged.

  • UK Returns:

    • Please ensure your return package is sent via recorded/signed for delivery.

    • We cannot give refunds when a return package has gone missing in the post.

    • Once the item has been received, a refund of the item cost alone will be made.

  • Postage Costs:

    • Postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refunded.

  • Refund Timings:

    • Once received please allow 5 working days for a refund to be made. Thank you.


* Returns/refunds/exchanges will not be permitted outside of these terms.
